SCA Group - Monthly Safety Champion June 2025

We are proud to recognise Alexander Campbell as SCA Group’s June Safety Champion.

Alexander, a chargehand scaffolder at our Scotstoun site, demonstrated outstanding safety leadership this month by taking immediate action to prevent a serious fall from height.

While on site, Alexander identified that a fixed handrail had been removed, creating a dangerous drop. Without hesitation, he installed temporary scaffold rails to create secure edge protection and eliminate the risk. He then reported the issue through the Connecteam Safety Observation form, alerting both our HSEQ Team and site management.

Thanks to Alexander’s swift response and safety-first attitude, a potentially serious incident was prevented. His actions reflect the proactive culture we are committed to across every SCA project.
