🏆 Within the SCA Group, our primary objective is to address manual handling risks and reduce strain on our operatives. We have actively collaborated with our operatives to gather their opinions and ideas for improvements.

Brenton, an experienced scaffolder with a traditional approach, recognises the physical strains associated with scaffolding work. He has been commended for not only utilising the provided equipment and materials for material transfer but also for educating his peers on the benefits and safe procedures for transporting materials.
