Following a recent visit to the A&P Tyne facility after an extended time working in Asia, construction support vessel, Boka Northern Ocean, has enjoyed a short refit stay in preparation for returning to operations in the North Sea.

SCA were on hand to provide all the necessary access to get her back to work safely and on time, erecting scaffolding for mezzanine deck and walkway maintenance and upgrades, followed by a new coating application to her hull, and full wash to areas underwater.

Boskalis, who own the vessel, are regular visitors to the A&P Tyne dockyard, and this was yet another successful visit, and the Northern Ocean was sent happily on her way after a ten-day turnaround.
